    We gather your product list (SKU, name, dimensions, weight) and estimated monthly volume. Marketplace touchpoints clarified. Monthly fixed + per-order estimate. 3-month contract signed.

    Day 1-3

    Warehouse Reception

    You or your supplier ship products directly to our Lisbon warehouse (or Porto for northern Portugal). Container unloading, depalletising, counting — all included. Photo report of received stock.

    System Integration

    Products defined in the Zunapro panel. API connection to Worten / Fnac PT / KuantoKusta / Amazon ES / Continente / OLX PT stores. Stock auto-synced. Marketplace labels applied.

    You send 2-3 test orders (in your name). We measure pick & pack time, packaging quality, carrier speed together. Adjustments per your feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions

What products do you accept?

Standard e-commerce products: apparel, footwear, accessories, regulated cosmetics, small electronics, home, books, toys, non-food consumables. We do NOT accept: flammable/explosive chemicals, live plants/animals, firearms, uninspected food, cold-chain products (+4°C requires a custom project), antiques or high-value art (>€5,000 declared).

Is there a minimum quantity or minimum contract duration?

No minimum quantity — you can start with 10 SKUs. Minimum contract duration: 3 months (to amortise onboarding + integration). After that, cancel anytime; products returned within 30 days, transport at your cost.

How does marketplace integration work?

We connect to Worten, Fnac PT, KuantoKusta, Amazon ES seller APIs. When an order arrives it is auto-routed to our panel, pick & pack is triggered, label printed, handed to the carrier. The correct tracking number is pushed back to the marketplace. Stock is synced — a unit sold on one marketplace is automatically deducted from the others (oversell prevention).

How are returns handled?

Customer hands to carrier → arrives at our warehouse → opened and inspected within 24h. If intact, back to shelf. If damaged, photo report for your decision. Fee: €1.80 per return.

Who pays for packaging material?

You, but at **cost price** — no markup. The monthly report itemises every line. If you prefer, bring your own branded boxes — we store them and only charge handling per order.

Are you AT e-invoicing and ATCUD compliant?

Yes. All invoices are issued in Autoridade Tributária e-invoicing format with ATCUD code and QR. SAF-T (PT) file provided on request. For non-Portuguese companies we can apply VIES-validated reverse-charge IVA.

Can you ship non-marketplace (own website) orders too?

Absolutely. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Zunapro storefront — all integrated via API. Order comes in → auto pick & pack. Customer pays you directly; we only do physical logistics. White-label under your company name.

Portugal's e-commerce flows split between two hubs: Lisboa (south, Algarve, Madeira) and Porto (north, Iberian cross-border). Greater Lisboa logistics (MARL Loures, Azambuja, Carregado corridor) is Portugal's national fulfillment heart. ZunaPro operates bonded and general warehouses in 3 000-15 000 m² ranges with same-day truck access to Lisboa Airport and Sines deep-water port. Madeira and Açores fly via TAP Cargo and SATA Cargo.

Galp / BP petrol-station pickup

A uniquely Portuguese twist: Galp and BP service stations operate as 24/7 parcel pickup points. CTT Expresso, DPD Pickup and GLS ParcelShop all ride this network. ZunaPro embeds a station-finder (Geocoder + Galp API) at checkout.

Madeira and Açores routing

Madeira ships via TAP Cargo + CTT Madeira; Açores via SATA Air Açores + CTT Açores. Cost is 2-3x the mainland baseline. IVA differs (Madeira 22%, Açores 16%) — ZunaPro applies address-based VAT automatically.

ATCUD-bound shipping labels

Every shipment label carries the invoice ATCUD + QR code; returns auto-mint the Nota de Crédito ATCUD. This is core to the ZunaPro WMS.
