Difference vs fulfillment? Which to choose?

Storage: Goods stay on shelf. No order processing, packing or shipping. Ideal for wholesale, Iberian export, seasonal inventory and post-customs temporary storage. Fulfillment: Warehouse + pick & pack + shipping + returns + marketplace integration — for e-commerce. Choose fulfillment if you sell online, storage if you only need to store. Combine both for 15 % discount.

What products do you accept?

Standard commercial products: apparel, footwear, accessories, cosmetics (INFARMED licensed), electronics (WEEE registered), home, books, toys (CE), furniture, white goods, non-hazardous raw materials, packaged non-food products. We do NOT accept: flammable/explosive chemicals (flash point < 60 °C), live plants/animals, weapons, uncontrolled food, medicines (require INFARMED pharma warehouse), antiques/art > €50,000.

Minimum stock? Can I start with 100 items?

No minimum stock. You can start with one carton (€2.30–4/month). 3-month minimum contract (setup costs), then cancellable anytime. We return goods within 30 days; transport at your cost.

How does insurance work?

Free insurance up to €1,000 declared value (fire, water, theft, natural disasters). Above that, yearly premium of 0.3–0.5 % (billed separately by Fidelidade, Tranquilidade or Allianz Portugal). Claims documented within 72 hours and transferred to insurer.

Can I see stock in real time?

Yes. ZunaPro dashboard 24/7: SKU stock, location, last movement, declared value, receipt photo. Detailed monthly PDF report by email, SAF-T(PT) export for AT. Also tracking via mobile app.

How fast do you dispatch on request?

Standard: 24 h pre-notice, load ready 10:00 next day. Daily cutoff at 14:00 WET. Pickup with own truck or partner carrier (CTT, Chronopost, DPD, Nacex, MRW). Urgent: same-day dispatch (request by 11:00) — €12/pallet surcharge. Refrigerated transport for cold chain billed separately.

Do you offer cross-docking? (in and out same day)

Yes. Receipt → QC → labeling → dispatch same day. No storage fee in that case — only handling (€4–8/pallet, €0.50–1/carton). Ideal for e-commerce campaigns, drop-shipping or Iberian export consolidation.

Is the invoice AT-certified with ATCUD and SAF-T(PT)?

Yes. We issue AT-certified e-invoices with ATCUD and QR code on every invoice. Monthly SAF-T(PT) export available on the dashboard for your accountant. Full GDPR/CNPD compliance and WEEE for electronics.
