We work fixed-price + fixed-deadline. The delivery date is in contract; if we are late, we pay 3% penalty per week (max 20%). We manage this because we set a tight scope from day one, avoid scope creep and use AI-assisted code. 23 of our last 24 projects delivered on time or earlier (references shared on the call).

Do you hand over the code or do we depend on you?

**The code is 100% yours.** GitHub repo is transferred for free. You can continue with any other company or hire internal developers. Vendor lock-in is not our model — we retain clients through quality, not contracts.

You use AI — won't quality be inferior to human code?

On the contrary. Our senior with Cursor + Claude/GPT-4 delivers ~40% faster and with 25% fewer bugs than a solo developer (own measurements). AI writes code, but architecture, code review and tests go through our 12-year team. Result: same quality, faster and cheaper.

Are prices in Euros? What VAT regime?

Yes, all prices in **Euros (EUR)** + **IVA 23%** (mainland standard rate). For business clients in the Azores (16%) or Madeira (22%) we apply the regional rate. AT-certified invoicing with ATCUD and monthly SAF-T(PT). We accept SEPA transfer, card (Stripe), MB WAY and Multibanco.

Where is the hosting? GDPR compliant?

Yes — GDPR compliant by default. We recommend hosting on **OVH Portugal (Lisbon)**, **IONOS** or **Aruba** (EU datacenters). AWS Lisbon and Azure West Europe also available. Personal data stays in the EU; designated DPO; ROPA (Record of Processing Activities) delivered. CNPD audit possible at any time.

Do you have an office in Portugal? Where?

Yes — **Lisbon (Avenida da Liberdade / Príncipe Real)** is the main office. We also serve clients in **Porto, Braga and Coimbra** with regular visits. In-person meetings in Lisbon by appointment; rest of the country by Google Meet/Teams. Team speaks PT-PT (not Brazilian), EN and ES.

Do I really need a mobile app or is web enough?

If you have field staff (CTT courier, store manager, site engineer, doctor) mobile is essential — push, offline, camera (QR/barcode/photo). For desktop-only teams a Progressive Web App (PWA) is enough — faster and cheaper. On the call we recommend based on the scenario; if you do not need mobile, we say so.

e-Fatura AT API

Submission to Portal e-Fatura AT uses the DGITA SOAP WebService. ZunaPro's WS Faturas API client transmits each document in real time and monitors the Comunicação de Faturas 5-business-day deadline.

SAF-T PT — automated monthly

SAF-T (PT) is the AT audit XML format. The billing SAF-T is due by the 5th of each month; the accounting SAF-T is yearly. ZunaPro produces schema-valid XML with a chained digital signature to prevent tampering.

ATCUD and QR code engine

For each invoice series ZunaPro fetches a Código de Validação from AT, stores it permanently and stamps every document as ATCUD-AAJ-XXXXX. The QR is embedded in the PDF and exposed as a base64 PNG via the API.

Multibanco reference engine

For B2B portals, ZunaPro calls SIBS WebService to mint the entidade + 9-digit referência + valor triplet with a 72-hour validity window, then listens for SIBS webhooks to mark orders paid.
