    Warehouse Intake

What products do you accept?

Standard e-commerce products: apparel, footwear, accessories, regulated cosmetics, small electronics, home goods, books, toys, non-food consumables. We do NOT accept: flammable chemicals, live plants/animals, firearms, uninspected food, cold chain (+4°C requires custom project), antiques or high-value art (>€5,000 declared).

Is there a minimum quantity or contract duration?

No minimum quantity — you can start with 10 SKUs. Minimum contract duration: 3 months (to amortize onboarding + integration). After that, monthly cancellation; products returned within 30 days, transport at your cost.

How does Allegro and Amazon PL integration work?

We connect to Allegro seller REST API and Amazon PL Seller Central SP-API. When an order arrives, auto-routed to our panel, pick & pack triggered, InPost Paczkomat or Allegro Smart! label printed, handed to carrier. Tracking pushed back to marketplace. Stock synced — a sale on Allegro is auto-deducted from Amazon PL and Empik (over-sell prevention).

Do you handle InPost Paczkomaty?

Yes — that is our default shipping channel in Poland. InPost Paczkomaty dominate the PL e-commerce market (>50% of shipments). We auto-generate InPost labels, customer chooses Paczkomat at checkout, we pack in InPost A/B/C gabarits. Average delivery time: 24h after cutoff.

Are invoices compliant with KSeF and JPK_VAT?

Yes. We issue e-invoices in KSeF XML format (Krajowy System e-Faktur — Polish National e-Invoice System), ready for the mandatory regime. JPK_VAT compliant — directly importable into your accounting system (Optima, Symfonia, iFirma, wFirma, Comarch ERP).

How are returns handled?

Customer drops at InPost Paczkomat or courier → arrives at Warsaw warehouse → opened and inspected within 24h. If intact, back to shelf. If damaged, photo report for your decision. Fee: €1.60 per return.

Who pays for packaging material?

You, but at **cost price** — no markup. Monthly report itemizes each line. If preferred, bring your own branded boxes — we store and only charge handling per order.

Can you ship non-marketplace orders (own Shoper/PrestaShop/IdoSell store)?

Absolutely. Shoper, PrestaShop, IdoSell, WooCommerce, Magento, Zunapro storefront — all integrated via API. Order arrives → auto pick & pack. Customer pays you directly; we only handle physical logistics. White-label in your name.
