How is this different from Fulfillment? Which should I choose?

Storage: Goods stay on the rack at our Budapest warehouse. No order processing, packing or shipping. Ideal for wholesale, export, eMAG safety stock, automotive parts, seasonal inventory, post-customs temporary storage. Fulfillment: Warehouse + pick & pack + GLS/FoxPost/MPL shipping + returns + eMAG/Vatera/Alza.hu integration — for e-commerce. Selling online? Fulfillment. Just storing? Storage. 15 % discount when combined.

What is the impact of 27 % VAT on prices?

27 % VAT in Hungary is the highest in the EU. Our prices are shown net of VAT — reclaimable as a Hungarian VAT registrant. Shipping outside the EU (Balkan re-export) allows 0 % VAT with the right documentation. For OSS shipments to other EU member states, the destination VAT applies. We model the optimal structure during consultation.

How does NAV Online Invoice integration work?

Every invoice is reported automatically in real time to the NAV Online Invoice system (mandatory in Hungary since 2021, HUF 0 threshold). Your accountant does not need to handle it separately — we are registered as the technical user and forward the data. 27 % VAT calculated automatically, EKAER declared on shipment.

Where is the warehouse and how fast do you ship?

Our A-class warehouse is in Budapest Vecsés/Üllő, on the M0 ring, 5 minutes from Liszt Ferenc Airport. Budapest 1 day, countryside 1–2 days via GLS/MPL, FoxPost lockers (3,000+ points) also 1–2 days. CEE distribution: AT/SK/RO 1 day, HR/RS 2 days. Airport proximity also makes it ideal for air export.

What is EKAER and do I need to deal with it?

EKAER (Electronic Road Freight Control System) is the Hungarian state monitoring system for road freight. Above certain product and value thresholds (risky goods HUF 200k / non-risky HUF 1M) a pre-shipment declaration is mandatory. We handle it automatically — every qualifying shipment gets an EKAER number which is passed to the courier. You have nothing to do.

How does insurance work?

Free insurance up to HUF 5.5 M (~€14,000) declared value (fire, water, theft, natural disasters, OTSZ fire protection). Above that, annual premium 0.3–0.5 % (billed separately by Generali, Allianz Hungária or UNIQA). Claims documented within 72 hours and forwarded to the insurer. For high-value items (electronics, jewellery) the enclosed cage option costs +HUF 2,800/pallet/month.

Data handling and GDPR — where is the stock data stored?

The ZunaPro panel is GDPR/NAIH-compliant. Data is hosted in a Hungarian data centre (T-Systems Hungary / EzIT). SKUs, customer data (if switching to fulfillment), transaction logs — all stay in the EU. ISO 27001-level security, two-factor login, audit log.

Do you offer cross-docking? (same-day in and out)

Yes. Receipt → quality control → labelling → same-day dispatch. In that case no storage fee — only handling (HUF 700/pallet, HUF 100/carton). Ideal for eMAG campaigns, dropshipping, Balkan re-export consolidation, automotive just-in-time deliveries.

Class-A Warehouses Around Budapest

Vámraktár — Bonded Warehouses

Cold Chain and Hazmat

For Tokaji wine, paprika and foie gras exports, cold-chain (+2°C / +8°C) and frozen (-18°C / -25°C) storage is available. ADR hazmat capacity is limited, concentrated around the MOL refinery at Százhalombatta.

EKAER on Outbound

Every heavy-road shipment leaving the warehouse (3.5T+) requires an EKAER number. As soon as the WMS releases a load, it calls the NAV API and generates the EKAER reference automatically.
