Trendyol E-Invoice Integration: Automatic Invoicing Guide

Every business selling on Trendyol must issue an e-invoice or e-archive invoice for each order. Trendyol e-invoice integration automates invoice creation, GIB submission, and customer delivery.

E-Invoice vs E-Archive Invoice

• E-Invoice: Used when both buyer and seller are e-invoice taxpayers. UBL-TR XML format
• E-Archive Invoice: Used for B2C sales when buyer is not an e-invoice taxpayer. Majority of Trendyol sales

How It Works

1. Order received from Trendyol, system prepares invoice data
2. Invoice auto-generated with customer details, products, and VAT
3. Electronically submitted to GIB
4. PDF uploaded to Trendyol seller panel
5. Sent to customer via email

• E-invoice integrator: Foriba, QNB e-Fatura, Uyumsoft API connection

Invoice Rules

• Separate invoice per order
• Correct VAT rates by category (1%, 10%, 20%)
• Return/cancellation invoices for refunds
