Skip the Hassle: We Upload Them the Same Day for 10 ₺ per Product
The most time-consuming part of starting to sell on Trendyol is the first upload. Every category has its own mandatory attributes, values that must be picked from a list, and barcode rules; a single missing field leaves the product stuck in draft. This is what we do every day.
You can send your products in 3 ways
Excel list
Send the list you already have — product name, stock code, stock quantity and price — as it is. We convert it to the Trendyol template.
Trendyol listing link
Send a link to a listing where the same product is sold on Trendyol; we take the category, size and attribute details from there.
What the service includes
- Matching your products to the right category
- Filling in the category's mandatory attributes with values Trendyol accepts
- Grouping colour and size variants on a single page using the model code
- Generating a unique seller barcode if you don't have one
- Uploading images and submitting products for Trendyol approval
- If a product is rejected, letting you know the reason
Before you start: Your brand must be registered on Trendyol. If it isn't, we'll guide you through the brand application; products under that brand can't be uploaded until the application is approved.
Get your products on Trendyol today
Send us your list and we'll reply right away with a firm price and delivery day based on your number of products.
How to Upload Products to Trendyol: 3 Ways
If you want to upload products yourself, Trendyol gives you three options. Which one you choose depends on how many products you have and whether the product already exists on Trendyol.
1. Adding products one by one
In the seller panel, you pick the category on the add-product screen and fill in the fields. It's the easiest route for a handful of products; with dozens of products and variants it takes hours.
2. Bulk product upload with Excel
This is the main route for large numbers of products. You download the category-specific template, fill it in and upload the file to the panel. We explain the details below.
3. Adding products from the catalogue
If the product you sell is already being sold by other sellers in the Trendyol catalogue, instead of creating it from scratch you can join the existing product record with your own price and stock. This works for products that carry the same barcode.
Bulk Product Upload to Trendyol with Excel, Step by Step
- Pick the category and download the template. The template is category-specific: each category has different mandatory columns. Products in different categories need separate templates.
- Enter one product or variant per row. Three sizes of a T-shirt are three separate rows; all three share the same model code but carry different barcodes.
- Fill in the mandatory columns. Barcode, model code, brand, product name, description, sale price, stock, VAT rate and image links.
- Pick category attributes from the list. Some attributes don't accept free text; you must enter one of the values from the list in the template.
- Upload the file and check the error report. Faulty rows are reported; you fix them and upload again. Error-free products go to approval.
The most common mistake: typing your own wording into an attribute that must be picked from a list. For example, the country-of-origin field doesn't want the country name but its corresponding value in the list. This one mistake can get hundreds of rows rejected at once.
What Is a Barcode in Trendyol Product Uploads?
Trendyol uses the barcode as a seller-specific unique key that distinguishes each product and each variant. A GS1 barcode isn't mandatory; if your product has no barcode on it, you can set a unique value yourself.
Here's what to watch out for: a made-up barcode consisting only of digits may clash with another company's real barcode, and your listing could end up linked to someone else's product. That's why we recommend using a letter prefix specific to your brand when generating barcodes. Also, once you've created a product with a barcode, you can't create a new product with that same barcode.
A note: some marketplaces, such as Amazon, validate barcodes against GS1 records. Seller barcodes you generate for Trendyol won't pass there, so if you plan to expand to those channels later, plan for this from the start.
What Is a Model Code? How Do You Add a Product with Variants?
The model code is the shared code that groups variants of the same product, such as colour and size, on a single product page. When customers open the product page, they see the sizes and colours together.
- All variants of the same product carry the same model code.
- Each variant has a different barcode.
- If the model code is entered incorrectly, the variants appear as separate product pages and the reviews get split.
Trendyol Product Image Size and Rules
Trendyol recommends images of 1200×1800 pixels (2:3 ratio). A few rules that make approval easier:
- Show the product on a white or plain background.
- Add sharp shots from different angles and close-up details.
- Don't use another seller's photos. Trendyol can close listings that use images belonging to another seller. Your own photos or the manufacturer's images are the safest option.
Why Aren't Products Approved, or Why Do They Stay in Draft?
The problem new sellers run into most is products not going to approval or sitting in draft. The cause is almost always one of the following:
- The brand isn't registered. If the product's brand isn't on Trendyol's brand list, the product can't be created; a brand application is needed first.
- A mandatory attribute is empty. An attribute required by the category hasn't been filled in.
- Free text was entered where a value must be picked from a list. For example, a wording that isn't on the list in the origin or colour field.
- The barcode has been used before. If a product was already created with the same barcode, a new one can't be created.
- The images don't meet the rules. Low resolution or a photo belonging to another seller.
Do you have products stuck in draft?
We find and fix the reasons for rejections and errors. Send us your product list and we'll tell you which ones are stuck and why.
Does It Cost Anything to Add Products to Trendyol?
No. Trendyol doesn't charge a fee for listing products; it deducts a commission, which varies by category, when a sale is made. The 10 ₺ per product on this page is the fee for our upload service, not a charge paid to Trendyol. We cover sales, commissions and performance in detail in our guide to selling on Trendyol.
After Your Products Are Uploaded
Uploading is a one-off job; the real effort is keeping stock and prices up to date. If you also sell the same products on Hepsiburada, N11, Çiçeksepeti and Pazarama, a product that sold out on one channel staying on sale on the others lets customers down. ZunaPro's Trendyol integration keeps stock, prices and orders in sync across all marketplaces from a single panel.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upload products to Trendyol?
There are three ways: adding products one by one in the seller panel, bulk-uploading with a category-specific Excel template, or matching by barcode if the product already exists in the Trendyol catalogue. Whichever you use, the product's brand, category, barcode, model code, images and the category's mandatory attributes must be complete. A submitted product first goes to Trendyol for approval.
Does it cost anything to add products to Trendyol?
No. Trendyol doesn't charge a fee for listing products; it deducts a commission, which varies by category, when a sale is made. The 10 ₺ per product is the fee for our upload service — not a charge paid to Trendyol.
How do I bulk-upload products to Trendyol with Excel?
In the seller panel, go to the bulk product upload section, pick the category and download that category's Excel template. Each row is one product or variant; you fill in the barcode, model code, brand, price, stock, VAT rate, image links and the category's mandatory attributes. Because the template is category-specific, products in different categories need separate templates. After you upload the file, faulty rows are reported.
What is a barcode in Trendyol product uploads, and what if I don't have one?
Trendyol uses the barcode as a seller-specific unique key that distinguishes each product and each variant; a GS1 barcode isn't mandatory. If you don't have barcodes, we generate unique seller barcodes for you. Don't use a made-up barcode consisting only of digits: if it clashes with another company's real barcode, your listing could end up linked to someone else's product.
What is a Trendyol model code?
The model code is the shared code that groups variants of the same product, such as colour and size, on a single product page. The S, M and L sizes of a T-shirt carry the same model code, but each size has a different barcode. If the model code is entered incorrectly, the variants appear as separate product pages.
What size should Trendyol product images be?
Trendyol recommends images of 1200×1800 pixels (2:3 ratio). Images that show the product clearly, from different angles, on a white or plain background make approval easier. Using another seller's photos can get the listing closed; your own photos or the manufacturer's images are the safest option.
Why aren't the products I upload to Trendyol approved, or why do they stay in draft?
The most common causes: the brand isn't on Trendyol's brand list, a mandatory category attribute is left empty, free text is entered in an attribute that must be picked from a list, a product was already created with the same barcode, or the images don't meet the rules. All of these can be prevented during upload.
How long does your product upload service take?
Once your details arrive complete, we upload your products the same day and submit them for Trendyol approval. Trendyol's own approval process runs after that and is outside our control.
What's included for 10 ₺ per product?
Getting your product details into the format Trendyol requires: correct category matching, filling in the category's mandatory attributes, grouping variants by model code, generating unique barcodes if needed, uploading images and submitting for Trendyol approval. If a product is rejected during approval, we let you know the reason.
What information do I need to send?
At a minimum: product name, stock code, stock quantity and sale price. You can send these as an Excel list, as a link to a Trendyol listing where the same product is sold, or by email. Your brand must be registered on Trendyol; if it isn't, we'll guide you through the brand application.
Can you upload products from another seller's Trendyol listing link?
Yes. From a listing where the same product is sold, we take the category, size and technical specification details and create your product with them. For images, we use your own photos or the manufacturer's images; using another seller's photo can get the listing closed.
Do you also upload products to Hepsiburada, N11 and other marketplaces?
Yes. We offer the same service for Hepsiburada, N11, Çiçeksepeti and Pazarama. Once your products are uploaded, you can keep stock and prices up to date across all marketplaces from one place with the ZunaPro panel.
