Which products do you accept?

Standard e-commerce products: apparel, footwear, accessories, regulated cosmetics, small electronics, household, books, toys, non-food consumables. We do NOT accept: flammable/explosive chemicals, live plants/animals, firearms, uninspected food, cold chain (+4°C requires custom project), antiques or high-value art (>CHF 5,000 declared).

Switzerland is outside the EU — how do customs work?

This is our strength. For stock coming from the EU we handle the import declaration; for orders shipped to the EU we handle the export declaration. HS codes, invoicing, 8.1% Swiss VAT calculation — all included in the per-shipment CHF 15 customs fee. No EORI needed, IOSS not applicable (Switzerland is outside the EU VAT system).

Is there a minimum quantity or contract term?

No minimum quantity — start with 10 SKUs. Minimum contract: 3 months (to amortise onboarding + integration). Then monthly cancellation; products returned within 30 days, transport at your cost.

How does marketplace integration work?

We connect to Galaxus, Digitec, Ricardo and Brack seller APIs. When an order arrives it's auto-routed to our panel, pick & pack is triggered, trilingual (DE/FR/IT) label printed, handed to Swiss Post. Tracking pushed back to marketplace. Stock synced — a sale on one marketplace is auto-deducted from the others.

As a foreign seller, do I need Swiss VAT registration?

If your annual turnover into Switzerland exceeds CHF 100,000, yes — Swiss VAT registration is mandatory. For foreign companies we assist with fiscal representative appointment and the full registration process. Below CHF 100k, registration is optional and VAT is paid per shipment at customs.

How are returns handled?

Customer hands to Swiss Post → arrives at our warehouse → opened and inspected within 24h. If intact, returns to shelf. If damaged, photo report for your decision. Fee: CHF 2.50 per return.

Can you also ship non-marketplace (own website) orders?

Absolutely. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Zunapro storefront — all integrated via API. Order arrives → auto pick & pack. Customer pays you directly; we only do physical logistics. White-label with your brand name.
