Standard process: 7 days to full integration and your first shipped orders.
We gather your product list (SKU, name, dimensions, weight) and estimated monthly volume, and clarify your channels (Amazon FBM, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, own store). Monthly fixed + per-order estimate; 3-month contract signed.
You or your supplier ship stock directly to Dallas, TX (or New Jersey for Northeast focus). Container unload, depalletizing, count — all included. For cross-border sellers we assist with import: Section 321 de-minimis entries (≤ $800/shipment/day duty-free) or formal entry with your customs broker. Photo-documented inbound report.
Products defined in the Zunapro panel; API connection to Amazon Seller Central (FBM), Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop. Stock auto-synced; FNSKU / WFS labels applied where needed.

FBA only fulfills Amazon orders and charges storage plus fulfillment fees that climb steeply for oversize and slow-moving SKUs, with long-term storage penalties. We fulfill ALL your channels — Amazon FBM, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and your own site — from one inventory pool, with flat, transparent pricing. Most clients run a hybrid: fast movers in FBA for the Prime badge, everything else with us. Amazon's Seller Fulfilled Prime is also possible from our warehouses if you qualify.
WFS is Walmart's equivalent of FBA: competitive per-unit fees, but the stock is dedicated to Walmart and subject to their inbound rules. With us, one inventory pool serves Walmart at WFS-like delivery speeds AND all other channels. If you still want WFS for the buy-box boost, we do WFS prep and forwarding — same as FBA prep. Many sellers split: top Walmart SKUs in WFS, the long tail with us.
Yes, by ground. Dallas covers the central/southern US and New Jersey covers the Northeast — together 90%+ of US households are within 2 UPS/FedEx Ground days. Orders before 3:00 PM warehouse time ship the same day. For the remaining coastal edges you can choose 3-day ground (cheapest) or expedited air per SKU or per channel.
Section 321 is the US de-minimis rule: shipments valued at $800 or less per person per day can enter duty-free with informal entry. Cross-border sellers use it to replenish US stock in small waves or ship direct-to-consumer. We receive Section 321 shipments at both warehouses, and for bulk container stock we coordinate formal entry through your customs broker (we can refer a licensed broker if you don't have one).
Very likely yes — this is the fine print many 3PLs skip. Inventory stored in Texas and/or New Jersey generally creates PHYSICAL NEXUS in those states, meaning you may need to register, collect and remit sales tax there, in addition to any economic nexus you already have from sales volume. We provide state-by-state inventory reports and integrate with tax automation tools, but we do not give tax advice — please confirm with your CPA.
Packaging materials are billed at **cost price** with no markup, itemized monthly; you can also supply branded packaging, which we store free and use for a per-order handling fee only. Postage is billed separately at our discounted UPS/FedEx/USPS rates — usually significantly below retail — or via your own carrier account if you prefer.
