Frequently Asked Questions

What products do you accept at the Madrid warehouse?

Standard e-commerce products: apparel, footwear, accessories, regulated cosmetics (with AEMPS notification if applicable), small electronics, home, books, toys (with CE marking), non-food consumables. We do NOT accept: flammable chemicals (ADR), live plants/animals, weapons, non-inspected food, cold-chain (+4°C requires custom project), antiques or high-value art (>€5,000 declared), tobacco/alcohol (special excise duty regime).

Is there a minimum quantity or contract duration?

No minimum quantity — you can start with 10 SKUs. Minimum contract: 3 months (to amortize onboarding + integration). Afterwards you can cancel with 30-day notice; products returned within 30 days, transport at your cost.

How does Amazon ES and El Corte Inglés integration work?

We connect via SP-API (Amazon) and partner APIs (El Corte Inglés, PcComponentes, Carrefour). When an order arrives, it auto-routes to our panel, pick & pack triggered, FNSKU/carrier label printed, SEUR/Correos handoff. Tracking pushed back to marketplace. Stock synced across channels — Amazon sale deducts from El Corte Inglés (anti-oversell).

Do you ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Yes. For the Canaries we handle the export DUA and IGIC documentation (instead of IVA). Transit 5-7 days via Correos Canarias or Tipsa. For Ceuta/Melilla we apply IPSI. We advise on thresholds (B2C shipments <€150 exempt from simplified DUA under certain conditions).

How are returns managed?

Customer hands to carrier → arrives in Madrid → opened and inspected in 24h. If intact, back to shelf. If damaged, photo report for your decision (refurbish, donate, destroy). Fee: €1.80 per return. Compatible with Spanish 14-day right-of-withdrawal policy (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores).

Who pays for packaging material?

You, but at **cost price** — no markup. The monthly report itemizes each line. If you prefer, bring your own branded boxes — we store them in Madrid and only charge handling per order. Compliant with Law 7/2022 on waste and Ecoembes reporting obligation if applicable.

Can you ship non-marketplace orders (my Shopify/PrestaShop store)?

Absolutely. Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Zunapro storefront — all integrated via API. Order enters → auto pick & pack from Madrid. Customer pays you directly; we only handle physical logistics. White-label in your name with custom delivery notes.

How does SII invoicing work?

We issue a monthly e-invoice with breakdown of storage, pick & pack, returns and additional services. We upload SII records to AEAT within the legal deadline (4 calendar days). You receive the SII XML for your reconciliation. Compatible with accounting software: Holded, Sage, ContaSimple, A3 ASESOR.
