Software houses often slip — what guarantee do you give?

We work fixed price (PLN) + fixed deadline. The go-live date is in the contract; if we slip we pay 3% weekly penalty (max 20%). We can do this because we lock scope upfront, prevent scope creep and use AI-assisted code. 23 of our last 24 projects shipped on time or early (references at the consultation in Warsaw Mokotów).

Do you hand over the code or do we get locked in?

**The code is 100% yours.** The GitHub repo is handed over for free. You can continue with any other company or hire developers in-house. Vendor lock-in is not our model — we keep clients by quality, not contract.

Are you ready for KSeF 2026?

Yes. Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) becomes mandatory in 2026. Our ERPs and B2B portals have a built-in KSeF module (issue, fetch UPO, KSeF ID on invoice, integration with the NIP white list and GUS REGON). It runs in test mode today — production from day one of the mandate.

Where do you host and is it GDPR-compliant?

By default we host in Poland (OVH PL Warsaw, nazwa.pl Kraków) or in the EU (Hetzner Falkenstein). We meet RODO/GDPR, sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), keep a processing register. For medical data (NFZ/P1) we apply encryption at rest + in transit and an audit log.

You use AI — won't quality be worse than hand-written code?

On the contrary. Our senior with Cursor + Claude/GPT-4 ships ~40% faster and with 25% fewer defects than a lone developer (our measurements). AI writes code, but architecture, code review and tests go through our 12-year team. Result: same quality, faster and cheaper.

What marketplaces and systems do you integrate?

What if I don't take a service contract? Will the software die?

No — the code is yours, you run it. During the 12-month free warranty every bug is on us. After: (1) in-house developer, (2) monthly service contract (bundles: 8 hrs/mo 950 zł — 40 hrs/mo 4,200 zł, net), (3) hourly support (180 zł/hr, net). No contract lock-in.

Do I really need a mobile app or is web enough?

If you have field staff (InPost driver, store manager, construction lead, NFZ doctor), mobile is essential — push, offline, camera (QR/barcode/photo). For desktop-only teams a Progressive Web App (PWA) is enough — faster and cheaper. At the consultation we recommend per scenario; if you don't need mobile we say so.

Custom Software in Poland: Comarch, Symfonia, Optima Integrations and the KSeF API

Polish enterprise IT is not defined by SAP and Oracle but by domestic incumbents: Comarch ERP Optima and XL, Symfonia, Insert, Sage Symfonia. Practically every Polish SMB does its bookkeeping on one of these. Custom software in Poland therefore means opening data pipes (XML/SOAP/REST) into those ERPs, treating the KSeF API as a first-class citizen, and producing compliant JPK_V7 audit files.

Comarch ERP XL and Optima

Comarch is a Kraków-headquartered listed company and one of the strongest players in Poland's SMB and mid-market. Optima is the entry tier and ERP XL the manufacturing/logistics suite. Optima exposes Web Services for product, stock, order and invoice sync.

Symfonia and Insert

Symfonia (Sage Symfonia) is favoured by small accounting offices; Insert Subiekt GT is the default at single-store retailers. Both work via XML import/export. ZunaPro's Subiekt GT connector pulls stock, till and invoice entries daily into a central panel.

KSeF API: Every Invoice in the National System Within 24 Hours

KSeF is Poland's national e-invoice platform run by the Ministry of Finance. Mandatory for large enterprises from February 2026 and for every taxpayer from July 2026. The flow is:

Software emits an FA(2)-schema invoice XML.
JWT token requested via the /online/Session/InitToken endpoint.
XML POSTed to /online/Invoice/Send.
The returned KSeF reference number is attached to the order and stamped onto the buyer's PDF.
JPK_V7 monthly audit file derived from KSeF data and pushed to the national portal.

Płatnik and ZUS Integration

Płatnik is the official tool for filing ZUS (social security) declarations. Any payroll system in Poland must produce the Płatnik KEDU file format. ZunaPro's HR/Payroll module supports KEDU 5.5 schema.

NBP FX and Multi-Currency Accounting

The National Bank of Poland publishes Table A daily exchange rates and Table B a wider basket. Polish tax records require EUR/USD invoices converted via NBP Table A. ZunaPro pulls the daily NBP REST API rate and applies it to accounting records automatically.

In-App BLIK SDK

For customers shipping a vertical mobile app we integrate the Polski Standard Płatności (PSP) BLIK SDK across mobile and web. Field-sales, warehouse cash collection and merchant point-of-sale all settle in seconds via a six-digit BLIK code.
