What products do you accept?

Standard e-commerce products: apparel, footwear, accessories, regulated cosmetics, small electronics, home, books, toys, non-food consumables. We do NOT accept: flammable chemicals, live plants/animals, weapons, uninspected food, cold chain (+4°C requires custom project), high-value antiques or art (>€5,000 declared).

Minimum quantity or contract term?

No minimum quantity — you can start with 10 SKUs. Minimum term: 3 months (to amortize onboarding + integration). After that you can cancel; products returned within 30 days, transport at your cost.

How does Amazon IT integration work?

We connect to your Seller Central via Amazon SP-API. Order comes in → auto-routed → pick & pack triggered → FNSKU label printed → handed to carrier. Tracking sent to Amazon. Multi-channel stock synced.

SDI electronic invoicing compatible?

Yes, fully. All invoices are automatically transmitted via SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) with codice destinatario or PEC. Compliant with AdE specs. We provide acceptance tracking and legal substitute archive.

How do you manage returns?

Customer hands off to carrier → arrives at warehouse → opened and inspected within 24h. If intact, back to shelf. If damaged, photo report for your decision. Fee: €1.80 per return.

Can you ship orders from my own site (Shopify, WooCommerce)?

Of course. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Zunapro storefront — all integrated via API. Order enters → auto pick & pack. Customer pays you directly; we only do physical logistics. White-label with your brand.

BRT Tabaccai Fermo Punto: 5,000+ tobacco-shop PUDO network

BRT's Tabaccai (tobacco shop) network is Italy's most distinctive PUDO system. The customer redirects delivery to a tabaccaio via the BRT API; missed-delivery risk goes to zero; returns are dropped at the same tabaccaio. Tariff starts at €4.50/kg. SDA Pickup Point (Poste Italiane) adds +€0.70; Mooney Lockers (PA + LottoMatica) sometimes come in €0.40 cheaper.

Same-Day delivery: Milan, Rome, Turin, Bologna

Poste Italiane SDA Same-Day, with a 7pm cut-off in the four big metros, delivers the same evening at €8.90 (1 kg + €1.50/kg). Amazon Logistics IT Prime Now operates in a limited radius; BRT Today (€11.90) covers Milan and Rome. A FatturaPA SDI invoice with every shipment

In Italy, shipping a parcel is issuing an invoice. If the fulfilment centre fails to carry the customer's Codice Univoco or PEC + Codice Fiscale correctly, SDI bounces the notifica and delivery is legally suspended. Zunapro prints the BRT/SDA/GLS label and dispatches the SDI XML to AdE in the same atomic step — the package is not released until the Notifica di Esito returns positive.
